The Enclave

About the Project

The 35,000 square foot Enclave is a luxury condominium with an extraordinary collection of amenity spaces, influenced by the energetic and growing community of Jersey City. The design concept fuses modern industrial and urban eclecticism throughout the interior. Upon entry, residents feel immediately at home as they grace the spectacular two-story lobby outfitted with rich wood flooring mixed with natural stone, warm leather and vibrant, color accents. The sculptural bronze backdrop of the concierge desk provides a focal point and complements the lobby furnishings and finishes. Serving as an urban oasis, the top floor’s indoor and outdoor spaces feature neutral palettes along with natural materials, accents of greenery and the delicate sound of a waterfall.
